Quality Control
BREMA Ice Makers has always given great care
to the constant improvement of its Quality Standard.
The well-deserved recognition of all these efforts
has been the attainment of the Certification
of its Quality-System (in compliance with the
UNI EN ISO 9002) in 1995. Since the first goal,
BREMA has been continuing to improve its Quality-System,
which shall be certified in conformity with
VISION 2000 in the near future.
BREMA's quality control
department makes sure that all raw-materials,
components and products meet the established
quality requirements.
The following checks are carried out during
manufacture:
- Incoming inspection:
a survey of the technical features of all
components of all parts is carried out prior
to assembly
- Production lines:
ice makers are subject to test performance
via a computerized appraisal system
- The product: the
laboratory constantly checks the compliance
of each product by carrying out routine tests.
Certifications
Only a careful planning,
the choice of the best components on the market,
the application of a system of Quality Guarantee
and strict laboratory tests make it possible to
get product approvals by the most important Certification
Bodies.
In addition to, the CE certification - that warrants
the observance to the enforceable European Directives,
the whole range of our ice makers is certified
by IMQ Conformity mark (Italian Institute of the
Quality Mark).

In Australia, BREMA Ice Makers conform to Australian
Standards Protocol AS/NZ2 1044 EN55014-1993
we hold Certificate of Compliance No. CS03009V.
